Game advice?

ive been playing this game for a few good 3 months or more now and i haven't really received a good seen in rising towards rares or other

Im wondering if anyone has any advice on getting sapphires or rares a little more faster?

Ive tried trading but rhat takes so long..and I've tried selling but its honestly a bit hard..

And ive recently grown a heavy addiction to trying to hain certain items which unfortunately are.. highly hard to gain..
