Cancellations
Amazon was supposed to delivery a four pack of Dial shower soap to me today. Apparently the package got damaged before it got to me and they decided it was not deliverable and they are sending it back to the seller. So at this point I obviously can’t write a review for it.
So now the dilemma. It’s $0 ETV so no financial impact to me. If I contact customer service they will delete it but it will show as a cancellation on my account. I already have one seller who changed their mind about a product I ordered and pulled it from the program. And I have two other packages that got damaged before getting to me and Amazon decided to send them back to the seller. So this is the fourth cancellation that is completely out of my control.
Given the recent concerns about cancellations, what would you do? Ignore it and do nothing to avoid the cancellation but have it linger forever on my awaiting review list, or report it to have it removed from the list.
