Delivery guy left package outside my condo at midnight

I ordered some pc parts and the courier was Emile corp. For some reason they delivered my package at 1am and the guy left it outside my condo entrance since I assume there was no way to let him in. Upon checking for my package I come outside and see this. It’s been ripped open and stolen. Is there anything I can do? Or am I screwed
