Is general chem that bad?

I’ve seen quite a few complaints about the chemistry class, (screenshots are just 3 I saw a few days ago when looking into it), I’ve seen way more in Acellus Facebook groups and other places. But I saw a reply about how they’ve apparently “re-recorded” the class. Anybody who’s taken it recently/or taking it now, do you recommend general chem?
