Business Math: HELP ME

Anybody who’s taken business math, how do you do this problem? i’ve rewatched the videos more times than i can count, ive tried to use chatGPT, snapchat AI, gauth app, and all of them are always incorrect. Whenever i try and do the problem the EXACT same way the teachers do it, it’s always incorrect, even when i use calculators and triple check all of my work.

Is this problem really hard or am i just stupid??
