Stuck in the hospital so I bought the game & have been playing for a few days. The grind is real.

I'm stuck in the hospital and haven't slept much cause all the constant noise. I'm a light sleeper. I'm already level 81 and have my 3 level cabin unlocked and camper upgraded.
