Has anyone noticed there's a scarce amount of reissue material?

I noticed this a while ago and it seems like getting reissued stuff to craft is harder than it used to be. I remember there was the quarry you could go to to get reissue material, but I haven't seen it pop up for months and there's hardly any ways to get the material.
