Paygrades

Just out of curiosity and if you're willing to share, what is your paygrade? I'm a year into a 7-9-11 ladder in DoD and hope to obtain GS-12 eventually. Which paygrade do most CS sit at?

Edit: Thanks for all the input. I'm more confident I can get at least GS-12, probably even GS-13 before retirement.
